Before requesting a refund for quality-related issues, customers must first utilize our free revision service. We offer:
- Unlimited Free Revisions: Within 14 days of order delivery for orders over 20 pages
- Up to 3 Free Revisions: Within 7 days of order delivery for orders under 20 pages
Revisions must be requested through your account dashboard and should clearly specify what needs to be changed. Revision requests that significantly alter the original instructions may be subject to additional charges.
